We stand with residents against motorhomes and vans parking overnight along the Prom, a problem that has increased since Covid. We're looking to add more spaces to our car parks and local Conservative candidates Sue Fazackerley and Cheryl Little in Carnegie Ward, and Chris Dixon and Richard Redcliffe in Ansdell & Fairhaven Ward met MP Mark Menzies and LCC's Cabinet Member for Highways, Rupert Swarbrick, to find the right solution to restrict on road parking without pay and display - a proposal roundly rejected in the last consultation.
