I am a family man who has spent the last 15 years supporting Conservative values 13 of those as a Councillor in Preston. During that time I was privileged to hold the position of Mayor of Preston between 2018/19. I have a great deal of experience supporting residents and fighting to make life better. As a resident in Lytham, I now offer my services to the area where I hope I can make a difference.
I have two grown up children and three grandchildren. I spent my working life in education as a teacher, headteacher and school advisor.
When I am not out on the streets supporting residents I engage in a variety of charity work, this includes holding the position of Secretary on the Headway Lancashire board supporting those who have had a brain injury, Chair of a Community Centre, School Governor, Vice Chair of Preston Vocational Centre helping support youngsters in building skills providing them with a future, I also am an ambassador for Dance Syndrome.
I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and experience, believe in being accessible and supportive to local residents.
With your support we can make a difference to where you live, help fix some of the issues you may have, create a supportive environment and meet many residents at local events.
