I am happily married to Lorna and have two grown-up daughters. After serving 24 years in the Army (Scots Guards), I moved back to Lancashire, and after short spells in security and facilities management, I took a position in the office of Ben Wallace, whom I had served with in the Army. I worked with Ben for 16 years until he stood down as an MP. I have had the honour of representing Poulton at County Hall since 2013. I pride myself on always being available to residents, approachable, and robust and professional in representing them.
Alf says, “I will continue to work tirelessly for the residents of Poulton, always ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed in County Hall.”
