Martin is the pub landlord at the Hand and Dagger on Treales Road, Salwick, situated on the Lancaster Canal - a popular stop for locals and you will struggle to get a table for Sunday Lunch unless you book ahead. Martin has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as General Manager of the Dalmeny Hotel and was mentored by award-winning chef, Paul Caddy, at the Clifton Arms in Lytham. Martin took over the Hand and Dagger in 2010 and has worked tirelessly to build up the business since taking over and steer it through some very difficult times during the pandemic.
Martin's hard work supports the rural economy of Fylde. He understands business and customer needs and will be a great voice on the council, championing our beautiful countryside and representing local residents. He would welcome your support at the ballot box.
